Guanggancao Ding is derived from the plant Guangguo licorice. Belonging to the licorice flavonoid family. Guanggancao Ding mainly inhibits tyrosinase activity through competitive inhibition, removing a portion of tyrosinase from the catalytic ring of melanin synthesis, preventing substrate binding with tyrosinase, thereby inhibiting melanin synthesis.
